In 2012 Waters Technologies wished to expand their operations in Wexford and engaged O'Driscoll Lynn Architects to prepare a site master plan around land acquisition and facility expansion. Constructed over 3 phases, 6.500 sq. m of production, warehouse and office space was added to the facility. The new administration building opened the campus up to Wexford town and provides an important visual landmark appropriate for Waters Technologies importance to the local economy.
